I think that students struggle with math because they have struggled with math for a long time I don’t think that that happens instantly. So somewhere early in a student’s life, they don’t get something and they miss it and they don’t catch back up on it and then the next day they go in again and they don’t have the understanding from the day before so they’re confused again. And that continues on in sort of a downward spiral and there end up being gaps. Legitimate things that a student doesn’t understand About mathematical concepts that build and build over time. And it’s like building a house On a really shaky foundation.
